Shrimp tacos is a Mexican food, made from tortilla bread accompanied with a filling of different varieties and a dressing or a dipping sauce. One of the best memorable juicy seafood tacos in history is that of shrimp with a cranberry sauce, its juicy, tasty, healthy and delicious, depending on how its prepared. it has a less carbohydrate filling, which could be served as an appetizer, a salad or a breakfast. Shrimp tacos is basically accompanied with tea or coffee.


  • 3 Tortilla bread
  • 300g fresh shrimps
  • Cranberry sauce
  • 1 tsp oven smoked garlic powdered
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp of dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped basil
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 cup red kidney beans
  • butter
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of black pepper corn
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 2 leaves of lettuce
  • 1 tsp barbecue spice
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 1 yellow capsicum
  • 1 avocado pear
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn
  • 2 fresh tomatoes
  • cheddar cheese(optional)
  • mozzarella cheese(optional)

For a soft tacos, place a pan on the heat. After two minutes, place the tortilla bread on the hot pan, flipping both sides after every 45 seconds till its hot and soft. take out tortilla and set aside on a plate covering with a towel.

For a crunchy hard tacos, place a pan on the heat. after a minute, pour a table spoon of oil on the hot pan spreading it all over the pan, place the tortilla bread, flipping each sides after every 20 seconds. take out the tortilla, fold like a boat and set aside.

Clean shrimps and place in a bowl, season with salt, garlic powder, oregano, barbecue spice, black pepper, chili flakes, fish sauce and olive oil and set aside to marinate. for 10 minuets. Shred the lettuce, avocado and all the capsicum, tomatoes and jalapeno pepper with out seeds and set aside, drain the sweet corn and place in a bowl, place kidney beans in a bowl. Place a pan on a heat, drizzle some olive oil,top up oil with a little butter, throw in shrimps and saute until cooked through on both sides, sprinkle some chopped parsley and basil and set aside. get your tortilla bread and fill it up. place the lettuce,red and yellow capsicum, some shrimps, tomatoes, avocado, jalapeno, sweet corn, kidney beans and some more shrimps. For our cheese lovers, you can finish of with some grated cheese. You can set you cranberry sauce aside as a dipping sauce or you can drizzle the sauce on your tacos and your good to go.
