Ingredients for Spicy Chili Sauce

  • 100g of unseeded cayenne pepper (blended)
  • 50g of red jalapeno pepper (blended)
  • 50g of ketchup
  • 3 medium size of red onions (blended)
  • 25g ginger (grated or minced)
  • 25g fresh garlic (grated or minced)
  • 1 tbsp black peppercorn
  • 2 tbsp powdered paprika
  • 1 tsp of powdered ginger
  • 1 small ball of onions (minced)
  • 30g butter
  • 3 small balls of fresh tomatoes (blended)
  • 3 balls of cherry tomatoes (sliced)
  • 2 big unseeded bell pepper (blended)
  • 1 tsp of mix seasoning
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 100ml water
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Procedure for a Spicy Chili Sauce

place a pan on the heat, after one minute, throw in your butter, your minced or grated garlic, ginger, and onions. and stir for 20 seconds. Reduce heat, pour in your blended tomtoes, bell peppers, cayenne peppers, red onions and jalapeno peppers, and stir for 5 mins. Pour your ketchup, powdered ginger, paprika, peppercorn, seasoning, sugar, and water. Allow to cook out for 2 minutes, add salt and set aside.
